Ambien. (Zolpidem Extended-release) whose genetic name is Zolpidem is quite on demand by the people suffering from issue of sleeping. These sleeping issues of not getting enough sleep, difficulty to fall asleep, insomnia is treated with the medication of drug known as Ambien.

Ambien may impair your thinking or reactions. You may still feel sleepy the morning after taking this medicine, especially if you take the extended-release tablet, or if you are a woman. Wait at least 4 hours or until you are fully awake before you do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.
Use lowest effective dose. Swallow whole. Effects delayed if taken with or after a meal. Take once per night immediately before bedtime (with at least 7 to 8hrs remaining before planned time of awakening). Women: initially 6.25mg. Men: initially 6.25mg or 12.5mg. Both: if 6.25mg ineffective, may increase to max 12.5mg. Elderly, debilitated, or mild to moderate hepatic impairment: 6.25mg.
18 yrs: not recommended.
